George “Redbone” Brasch is a music producer, composer, recording & mixing engineer, remixer and studio acoustician, as well as a former label owner and music publisher. His name stands for uncompromising sound quality, musical precision and an instinct for the sound a production truly needs. From Azad, Beenie Man, Christina Milian, Deborah Cox, Ja Rule, Kool Savas, M.O.R., Seeed, Mystikal, Till Brönner, TLC and RZA of the Wu-Tang Clan to Xavier Naidoo, George has worked with numerous national and international artists in his studios in Berlin.
At the heart of his work since the beginning of his career is a sound inspired by American productions: punchy beats, deep, powerful bass, warm and present vocals, spatial depth, transparency and a distinctive instinct for singing, groove and musical dynamics.
For more than three decades, he has worked with national and international artists, producers and record companies. His musical roots are firmly grounded in Black Music – Soul, Jazz, R&B, Hip-Hop, Drum & Bass, Reggae and Dancehall. Pop and electronic music are also very much part of his musical world.
His earlier ventures included the record labels AMBER Records, Souch a Sound Records and Mamasan Records, as well as the music publishing company DOBRA Publishing-Music. He founded and developed them together with Doris Dischner.

EGOR KOBZEV
Producer · Songwriter · Recording & Mixing Engineer · RemixerEgor Kobzev is a guitarist, producer, songwriter and audio engineer who has lived in Berlin for several years. His musical journey began with rock music and his own band. He later spent many years DJing and releasing his own tracks on various breakbeat and techno labels. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Music Production.
Today, Egor focuses on songwriting and music production in electronic, cinematic and alternative pop. He has already composed and produced music for numerous independent artists. He has also worked as a composer, producer and audio engineer on commercials and other media productions – including projects for brands such as HERTHA BSC and Gabriel & Co.
Alongside his own productions, Egor has extensive experience recording full bands professionally and mixing music across a wide range of styles. He combines technical expertise with musical sensitivity and brings his trained ear as an engineer to every session.
From the energy of live rock and the precision of electronic club music to creative attention to detail in the studio, Egor moves effortlessly between musical worlds. It is precisely this versatility, combined with his experience as a musician, producer and engineer, that shapes his distinctive sound.
